Obviously, something has gone wrong in the relationship, which led to filing of said case with all kinds of allegations.
In view of the recent decision and observation of the Apex Court, let petitioner Upendra Thakur, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Complaint Case No. 496 of 2013, Tr.
