Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 07.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 498A 323, 313 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of torture, performing second marriage and getting the pregnancy terminated. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has also performed second marriage and document has been brought on record to suggest the termination of pregnancy.
Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties
