2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 385, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons along with 10 unknown persons assembled and assaulted the staffs of poklane. They demanded Rs. 5 crore as ransom and threatened them that on non-fulfillment of demand of ransom, they will not allow to work them. It is also alleged that they snatched Rs. 1.5 lakhs from the staffs.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has

No.59125 of 2024(3) dt.28-10-2024 2/2 submitted that the case of the petitioner is on better footing to that of co-accused Sonu Kumar @ Raghwendra Kumar, who has been granted bail by order dated 05.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61393 of 2024. The co-accused Sonu Kumar @ Raghwendra Kumar was named in the FIR whereas the petitioner is not named.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 135 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
