2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections Section 30 (a) & 32 (3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 315 liters of country made liquor was recovered from recovered from cartoon and plastic bag.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of this petitioner was transpired by local people . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Charge sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025 .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case , period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & session Judge - IV cum Exclusive special Excise Court- II Gopalganj in connection with Excise P. S. Case No. 757 of 2024 .
