JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 16.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 366(A), 372, 373, 504, 506 of the I.P.C and Section 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. It is alleged that the petitioners forced minor daughter of the informant for flesh trade on the pretext of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to some dispute with regard to the matrimonial proposal the accusation has been levelled and subsequently the informant has retracted from the initial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9806 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 9 of 2015.
