In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 18 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that when the daughter of the Informant was coming after giving practical examination, the petitioner offered her that he will drop her to her house but instead of taking her to her house, he took away at some other places. The mother of the girl lodged First Information Report against the petitioner but, the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. shows that the girl voluntarily had gone along with the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27249 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Munna Prasad, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.
