Irrespective of the allegation whatever been attributed, compromise petition by way of supplementary affidavit has been brought up on record and on the basis thereof, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned lower court along with compromise petition whereupon the learned lower court will pass an order favourably considering the further development. With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
