JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. None has seen actual killing of the deceased but in course of investigation, blood stained Dabiya, blood stained towel and slippers were recovered from the hut of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that paragraph-9 of the case diary reveals that at the time of recovery, villagers disclosed before the I.O. that the hut, in question, was in possession of wife of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, the petitioner was not in his village at the time of alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on
