Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Informant alleged that this petitioner and his son Kamlakant Tiwary opened fire at him, but unfortunately, it did not hit him and thereafter, they assaulted the informant and took away a sum of Rs.18,750/-.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is 70 years old person and has earlier filed complaint against the informant in the Court of S.D.O.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner named above, be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25703 of 2016 (2) dt.05-07-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016.
