The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that in the examination for selection of police, petitioner has caught one Abhishek Kumar who appeared in the examination. He was identified and arrested. The petitioner was not there. He has stated that he wrongly been implicated in the present.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43431 of 2018 (2) dt.23-07-2018 2 /2 before the court below within a period of three weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on its own merit on the same day without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
