petitioner No. 2 was driver of the vehicle, in question and paragraph-100 of the case diary reveals that the petitioner No. 2 had given information regarding theft of the vehicle, much prior to lodging of this case. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and the investigation has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13441 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 330 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
