2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case in brief is that the petitioner has appointed as Niyojit Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged documents.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further alleged that petitioner has already resigned from the post of Niyojit Panchayat Teacher in November, 2018, the same has been accepted by the Headmaster. Petitioner has clean antecedent. By way of supplementary affidavit, petitioner has annexed her resignation letter.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the petitioner resigned from the said post, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest /surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnia in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 159 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
