JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Near about 16 ATM cards issued in the name of different persons are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and similarly, some ATM cards were recovered from possession of other accused but there is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner had ever made attempt to use the aforesaid ATM cards. Moreover, it would appear from perusal of paragraph-3 of the petition that except present case, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
