2. Learned counsel for the informant seeks permission to file Vakalatnama.

3. Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner in the very beginning submitted that due to mistake of his clerk wrong impugned order has been annexed with the records of the case and he has produced the order dated 02.06.2023 passed in the POCSO Case No. 39 of 2023 by which the bail of the petitioner was rejected is taken on record.

5. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arises out of POCSO Case No. 39 of 2023, arising out of S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56734 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 Kamal P.S. Case No. 68/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376AB/324/354(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

6. Two girls aged about 6 years and 10 years were ravished by the petitioner and other co-accused persons.

7. In view of the serious allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
