The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 341,323,325,308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR has been lodged a year after the occurrence and on injury report of the injured is on record.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender, let all the seven petitioners as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
