The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 467, 468 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he took Rs. 8,25,000/- from the complainant but did not hand over the flat. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to hand over the flat to the complainant but some dispute has arisen between the builder and the land owner. The petitioner is in jail since 17.05.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 11 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
