The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No.64 of 2016 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioner appeared in the written examination for selection on the post of Constable and qualified in the written examination. Thereafter, in course of verification of the signature and thumb impression, the signature and thumb impression of the petitioner were found different as made in the application and the petitioner admitted that one Madhuri Kumar had appeared in his place in the said examination,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27951 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 for which he had given Rs.20,000/- to him.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Araria, in connection with Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No.64 of 2016/G.R. No.1323 of 2016.
