The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.211 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 365, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 04.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16202 of 2017 but now the case has been compromised but it appears that petitioner has already been declared absconder, therefore, his anticipatory bail was earlier rejected.

I do not find any new ground to reconsider the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21115 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is once again rejected.

If the petitioner surrenders in the Court below, the learned Court below shall consider the regular bail of the petitioner taking into account that the case has already been compromised.
