The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2013 registered for offence under Sections 498A, 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of demand and subjecting to cruelty against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the victim. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, Gaya, in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2013.
