The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 25.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29664 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 04.09.2015 and up-till now the trial has not been concluded and in near future it is not likely to be concluded to which learned APP opposes by submitting that the petitioner is also the assailant and in the post mortem report so many injuries were found on the person of the deceased.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within four
