The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 69 of 2008, registered for the offences punishable under Section 364A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The case is of the year 2008 and the petitioner has approached this Court after seven years of the institution of the case.
It is submitted that on 21.07.2013, the police issued notice to the petitioner to appear before the police on 25.07.2013 for interrogation, but even then the petitioner did not appear before the police and he did not cooperate in investigation. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
