The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Amas P.S. Case no.75/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false implication, recovery of 15 liters of country-made liquor was shown from the house of the petitioner.
