JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 356, 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per statement made on affidavit in para 3, the petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is languishing in jail since 08.02.2017.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
