Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S.Case No. 80 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner No.1 is that he has fraudulently executed land of father of the informant in absence of informant and petitioner No.2 is witness to that. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the land after purchase has been mutated in the name of petitioner and after five months the present case has been filed and moreover it is a case of civil dispute.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubJudge-16th -cum- A.C.J.M.-15th at Muzaffarpur, in connection with Gaighat P.S.Case No. 80 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
