The petitioner is said to have established physical relation with the informant on the false promise of marriage and subsequently, the informant became pregnant.

The first information report reveals that when the informant and her family members pressurized the petitioner for marriage, he became ready to solemnize his marriage with the informant but other accused, mercilessly, assaulted the petitioner and then, the petitioner refused to solemnize his marriage with the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12378 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 as well as submission of the parties, and also period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Balrampur P.S.
