By filing this application, the appellant no.2 Rajendra Ram seeks modification of the order dated 14.12.2016 passed in I.A. No.2016 of 2016, filed in Criminal Appeal(DB) No.181 of 2016, by this Court whereby while refusing the prayer of the appellant no.2 Rajendra Ram, this Court granted liberty to him to renew his prayer for bail after three years from that day. Learned counsel for the appellant no.2 seeks modification of the aforesaid order, as according to her the same would come in the way in filing any bail application on behalf of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14237 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 2/2 the appellant no.2 Rajendra Ram within that period. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant no.2 Rajendra Ram, we observe that the aforesaid observation of this Court would not come in the way, if the appellant no.2 Rajendra Ram files any application for grant of bail to the appellant no.2 Rajendra Ram within that period. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
