Heard.
It is stated that the son of the petitioner died of electrocution on 07.04.2007. The post mortem was conducted on the cadaver in which the electrocution was found the cause of death. He submits that under the circulatory provisions of the respondents, he is entitled to payment of ex gratia/compensation amount as the death occurred due to negligence on the part of the respondents.
The application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate authority of the respondent
