Earlier vide order dated 24.09.2014, the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 had submitted themselves to the process of mediation.
It is submitted that process of mediation has since been completed and the report has been submitted which is on the record at Flag-A.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of in terms of the Mediator's report. Both parties have decided to separate each

Other conditions contained in the report of the Mediator dated 23.03.2015 has to be complied with but learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that she is willing to do so and the case may be disposed of in terms of the Mediator's report dated 23.03.2015. Let the Mediator's report be considered as a part of this order.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 03 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 3662(C) of 2013, pending in the court of the C.J.M. Patna.
