Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali Adampur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 326(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he threw acid on the informant, causing injury.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Both the petitioner and the informant are friends and now they have compromised the matter.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46419 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of materials available on record along with the fact that submission has been made that case has been compromised between the parties and to be disposed of, if possible, on the same day.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
