2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 27.03.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 985 of 2015 and C.W.J.C. No. 15299 of 2015 and analogous case.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Programme Officer, Gaya (respondent no. 6) along with all

Patna High Court CWJC No.19532 of 2021(5) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 supporting judgments and documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that respondent no. 6 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
