2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 384, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, exploded petrol bomb upon vehicle of the informant as a result of which vehicle of informant burnt. It is further alleged that all the accused persons also threatened the informant and his brother for giving evidence in the case against the accused persons.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. As a matter of fact, both parties are agnates and there is a dispute with respect to a piece of land which has forcibly been acquired by the prosecution party. There are general and omnibus allegations. There is no specific accusation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2024 and charge-sheet has already been submitted. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused, namely Md. Imteyaz, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 31.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55286 of 2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of accusation and claim based on parity, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
