JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 13-10-2023 The petitioner purportedly in public interest seeks for diverting the construction of a road which is alleged to be starting from the midst of a grave yard situated in VillageKathokhar. It is stated that mouth of the road is in the middle of the above property which is stated to be a grave yard.
2. We cannot comprehend why a road should open from midst of nowhere. Yet, again there is nothing to show that

3. We find absolutely no reason to entertain the public interest litigation and dismiss the same.
