The petitioner seeks bail in Imadpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1a,a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and on search the police recovered a country made rifle from the bed of Sone river. On the disclosure made by the petitioner, from the possession of Bhim Mishra country made pistol was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bhim Mishra has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6278 of 2015 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Imadpur P.S.
