Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case no. 145/2014 pending in the court of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur stands rejected.
