The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bajitpur P.S. Case No.17 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 96, 352, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. He is in custody since 07.05.2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54236 of 2025(3) dt.16-10-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under section 183 of the BNSS, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Darbhanga / concerned Court below, in connection with Bajitpur P.S. Case No.17 of 2025.
