JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2015 It was submitted by Sri Arun Prasad Ambastha, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 4 as well as Sri Pawan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for private respondent, that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the provision of Section 48(D) of the Bihar Tenancy Act, 1885, which is a schedule Act as per Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. Accordingly, a prayer is being made for transferring the record of this case to the Tribunal. The Court considers that this dispute can well be adjudicated by the Tribunal.

Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay/- U
