Petitioner happens to be daughter-in-law of the deceased and it is alleged that due to petty family feud, she assaulted the deceased with wrench as a result of which deceased sustained injuries on his head and died then and there. The impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge reveals that three injuries were found on the person of the deceased and cause of death of deceased was concussion, oantussion and compression of brain. Moreover, taking into note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
