The sole petitioner who is in custody since 5.2.2016 in Supaul P.S. Case No. 62 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 399, 402, 414/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)A/ 26(ii)/ 35 of the Arms Act has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was falsely implicated in this case showing recovery of one country made loaded pistol.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody , let the petitioner Rajeev Kumar @ Rajeev Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
