2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2022 .
3 . Prosecution case is that 348 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from Orchard of co-accused Nanhku and Ganesh Pandey .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of petitioner was disclosed by local choukidar. Recovery is from open place which is accessible to one and all. Petitioner is not the owner of orchard. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Exclusive special Judge Saran at Chapara in connection with Rasulpur P.S. case No. 86 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the BNSS 2023 .
