The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Mamoon Khatoon named the petitioners along with Kanhai Paswan and Jailal Paswan and alleged that Kanhai Paswan fired in the temple of her husband Md. Amir.

It appears that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioners. The petitioners are only members of the mob and they are in custody since 27.07.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5968 of 2015 (2) dt.12-02-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in S. Tr. No. 38/2013, arising out of Aurai P.S. Case No. 64 of 2008.
