The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted, as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57831 of 2022(2) dt.14-02-2023 2/2 contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.
