2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased along with his family members.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the marriage was quite old one and the deceased had two children. The deceased has committed suicide and after suicide, the police arrested the petitioner and other family members.

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant have opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner being the husband of the deceased was torturing the deceased and has killed the deceased therefore, he does not deserve bail.

6. I have considered the submission of the parties and have perused the case diary produced by learned counsel for the informant. From the materials available in the case diary, it appears that though the deceased and the petitioner used to fight but materials have come in support of the fact that the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner is in jail since 31.03.2024.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court connection with Town (Muzaffarpur) P.S.
