The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.06.2021. Vide order dated 01.12.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for the evidence of prosecution.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2020 having clean antececdent.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial,

No.65648 of 2021(3) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020.
