The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur (Gidhour) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have assaulted Gangiya Devi, but the injuries found on the person are simple in nature. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhour) P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
