2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 318 (1), 109 (1) and 303 ( 2 ) of the BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54867 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 occurrence , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted son of informant and also snatched cash , gold locket and mobile from son of informant and accordingly, the present F.I.R was lodged.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. The present case is counter blast of Rajgir PS Case No. 170 of 2025 which was lodged by co-accused Pankaj Kumar against informant and others. Case lodged by petitioners side is earlier in point of time . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, case and counter case , general and omnibus allegation of assault, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Nalanda in connection with Rajgir
