The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.09 of 2014, arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No.238 of 2014 registered under Sections 20(B), (ii), 21, 22, 23(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
The allegation is that 250 grams Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedents is in custody since 23.11.2014.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7551 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Nawada, in connection with Special Case No.09 of 2014, arising out of Hisua P.S. Case No.238 of 2014. Out of the two sureties, one surety must be either parents or close relative of the petitioner.
