JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the alleged 'Withdrawal Form' on which the petitioner allegedly put his signature does not form part of the FIR. Admittedly, there is no withdrawal of any amount. It is further contended that the petitioner has falsely been implicated as he was present in the Bank at that point of time for the purpose of making an enquiry about the education loan. It is further urged that the petitioner is a student of B.A. and he is in custody since 28.04.2016 having clean antecedent.

No.26637 of 2016 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Bikku Kumar @ Biku Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.119 of 2016.
