The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is contended that as per allegation, 114 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 ml, i.e., total 25.920 litres were recovered from the truck. The petitioner is said to be the driver of the alleged truck. Petitioner claims that he is having

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
