Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The present case was registered against unknown but in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased had love affair with one Kajal Kumari, who happens to be daughter of petitioner no. 1 and it also came to light that prior to the alleged occurrence, petitioners had talked with deceased on his mobile. Petitioner no. 2 happens to be aunt of aforesaid Kajal Kumari.

No.30814 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 It appears that except suspicion as well as above stated circumstantial evidence, there is nothing against the petitioners, who are languishing in jail custody since 03.03.2016 and the investigation against them appears to have already been completed.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S.
