The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 325/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of assault is against petitioners No. 1 and 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of case, the present anticipatory bail application of petitioner No. 1 (Raushan Singh) is dismissed.

So far as petitioner No. 3 (Ajay Kumar Singh) is concerned, there is no allegation of assault against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 3 (Ajay Kumar Singh) be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 325/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. and also subject to the condition that the petitioner No. 3 shall file an affidavit that he and his family will not encroach the
